MKV to PSP

Q: Is it possible to convert MKV files to play on psp. I have some HD tv episodes I want to watch and can't work out how to convert them. Know the quality won't be HD but thats what they are recorded in. If this has come up before will someone point me to the right thread as I can't find anything.
